About me :)

Running home from school, I was greeted by my mom who was in a headstand. Evidently, Yoga was an integral part of my childhood. Not only Yoga, but also meditation and ayurveda were practiced by my mother and grandma. The pursuit of Yoga being a valuable inheritance, I chose to embrace, love and practice it every day.

Yoga enlightens and connects us to a higher consciousness, which is the ultimate goal. Instantaneously, my passion tremendously grew. The harmony in people's lives by helping them navigate daily battles with a positive, healthy and spiritual outlook, gratifies me more than I could put into words.

Furthermore, I have taught different styles of yoga to varying age groups — spanning from 7 to 80 years.
