I offer a variety of classes that depend on your personal needs and goals. Whether you need to tone your body or relieve aches and pains, there is something for everybody in the practice of yoga. I teach multiple  styles of yoga

Depending on your needs and schedules,  you can choose from  either private or group/public class.

Therapeutic / Healing private session

Therapeutic yoga sessions are custom created keeping in mind your specific ailments and outcomes from a  pre-session assessment.  I provide  personalized practice sessions to  alleviate suffering and enhance mind and body healing.
